Canine Conditioning

Whether your dog is a weekend warrior, a competitive athlete, or just getting older and could use a little extra support, canine strength and conditioning can help. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCC) I design personalized fitness programs that build muscle, improve balance and coordination, and reduce the risk of injury — so your dog can move, play, and live better at every stage of life.

Who is Canine Conditioning for?

Pet Dogs

Building strength, balance, and body awareness helps prevent everyday injuries (think slips on stairs or awkward landings off the couch), supports healthy joints, and gives dogs a fun, engaging way to stay physically and mentally fit.

Performance Dogs

Elite performance requires an elite foundation. Strength and conditioning builds the power, stability, and body control performance dogs need to compete at their best — while helping protect them from the injuries that come with high-impact sports.

Aging Dogs

Getting older doesn't mean slowing down entirely. Targeted conditioning helps senior dogs maintain muscle, protect their joints, and stay steady on their feet — supporting a better quality of life well into their golden years.

Behavior Dogs

For behaviorally challenging dogs, structured strength work offers more than physical benefits — it builds focus, confidence, and impulse control, giving dogs a calmer, more centered baseline to work from.
